R. Belahyane

Belahyane's 2025/26 season, read from the numbers

In 2025/26, R. Belahyane was used in rotation for Lazio in the Serie A: 13 appearances and 612 minutes, averaging 47 minutes per outing. Per 90 minutes that is 0.9 key passes per 90, 0.3 assists per 90 and 2.4 ball recoveries per 90 — the rate profile behind Belahyane's totals.

Belahyane played 281 passes at 85% accuracy — 41.3 per 90, which is the volume that decides whether a side builds through him or around him. Set against Belahyane's own record, 2025/26 reads differently: he is playing far less than he once did — 612 minutes against 1983 at his peak.

Discipline is part of the picture for Belahyane: 1 booking in 13 appearances, one every 13.0 games and 1 red card. Our records cover 5 seasons of Belahyane's career, 2022/23 to 2026/27, across 4 clubs — Nice, Hellas Verona, Lazio, Morocco. In that time he has played 88 matches across 6 competitions, 4,673 minutes in all.

His best return on our records was 4 assists in 2024/25, from 44 appearances. He is 15 appearances into the current one. Treat these rates carefully. At 612 minutes — roughly 7 full matches — Belahyane is 288 short of our 900-minute qualifying floor, so he does not appear on the ranking boards: on a sample this size two good afternoons move a per-90 number further than a month of steady form.

How these scores are built, and the minutes and rating floors a player must clear to appear on our boards, are set out in our methodology.
