These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TackleZone website (the "Site"), operated by TackleZone Studios. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the website only. The TackleZone Android application is subject to separate terms and policies, including those required by the Google Play Store.

TackleZone is a football information and analytics companion. The Site provides live scores, fixtures, league standings, player profiles, rankings, statistics, and comparison tools for personal, non-commercial browsing.

You do not need to create an account to use the Site. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.

Scores, statistics, line-ups, and other football data are supplied by third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

Do not rely on the Site as your sole source for betting, financial decisions, or any purpose where inaccurate data could cause loss or harm. You use the information at your own risk.

Fixture, team, player, and statistical data displayed on the Site is sourced from API-Football / API-Sports and related licensors. That data remains the property of the respective rights holders. TackleZone Studios does not claim ownership of underlying league, club, or player trademarks or data feeds.

The TackleZone name, logo, site design, rankings methodology, and original written content are owned by TackleZone Studios or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing in a normal web browser.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our systems or third-party APIs
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Site's operation
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Misrepresent your affiliation with TackleZone Studios or any football entity

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, services, or app stores. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TackleZone Studios disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TackleZone Studios and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Site in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Because the Site is free to browse, this amount is typically zero (₹0).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TackleZone Studios from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in your place of residence or our principal place of business, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
