Malcom Adu

Adu's 2024/25 season, read from the numbers

In 2024/25, Malcom Adu saw limited action for Athletic Club in the La Liga: 1 appearance and 18 minutes, averaging 18 minutes per outing. Set against Adu's own record, 2024/25 reads differently: his average match rating has slipped from 6.67 to 6.20 since 2023/24.

Our records cover 3 seasons of Adu's career, 2022/23 to 2024/25, across 2 clubs — Athletic Club, Zaragoza. In that time he has played 59 matches across 3 competitions, 2,264 minutes in all. No season on his record beats this one for goals: 5, against a previous best of 2 in 2023/24.

This is barely a sample: 18 minutes is about 1 full match, and 882 short of the 900-minute floor our boards require. Every rate above should be read as a hint rather than a finding.

How these scores are built, and the minutes and rating floors a player must clear to appear on our boards, are set out in our methodology.
