F. Reese

Reese's 2019/20 season, read from the numbers

In 2019/20, F. Reese saw limited action for FC Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga: 2 appearances and 86 minutes, averaging 43 minutes per outing. Set against Reese's own record, 2019/20 reads differently: it is also the heaviest workload we have recorded for him, 86 minutes against a previous high of 68; his average match rating has risen from 6.32 to 6.55 since 2017/18.

Our records cover 4 seasons of Reese's career, 2015/16 to 2019/20, across 4 clubs — FC Schalke 04, Karlsruher SC, SpVgg Greuther Fürth, Holstein Kiel. In that time he has played 53 matches across 4 competitions, 2,794 minutes in all. This is barely a sample: 86 minutes is about 1 full match, and 814 short of the 900-minute floor our boards require. Every rate above should be read as a hint rather than a finding.

How these scores are built, and the minutes and rating floors a player must clear to appear on our boards, are set out in our methodology.
